Pop-Up Adventure Play is a non-profit play project which I am doing my Playwork placement with. We work with communities to set up play events and offer training and support to continue the project when we move on.
One of my jobs for the week is to promote our website and Facebook group. So this is a link for the Pop-Up Adventure Play Website and if you have time, please join our Facebook group.
Yay for Pop-Up Adventure Play! :)

I went to a supermarket today and saw these on the shelf:
On the left, we have Aloe. On the right, we have Cactus leaves. Now I don't know about you, but I'm a little confused and quite concerned. What kind of recipe involves this type of ingredient? Aloe milkshake? Cactus cake? Thoughts anyone? I'm completely bewildered!

... we get more snow! I know lots of people get really sad about snow, but I still can't help but love the stuff. There's just something very magical about it, and I don't think it'll ever wear off for me. Snow is awesome! :)

I went for a walk today because it was a beautiful day and just very suddenly overnight, the snow's almost all disappeared! I was so surprised! It's dry and sunny and the last few patches of snow are clinging on to their little white lives. There might be a little more snow in the next couple of weeks, but it's nearly all done now. A big welcome to Spring I think :)

This is the biggest bookstore I have ever been to! It has two floors, escalators, a music section, a cafe, a massive sale section, a toy section, a games section and even a whole 2 books on play! I was in there fully engaged for an entire hour and only left because I had to be somewhere else. New favourite bookstore!

I went to visit my snow cave today and it looks like someone is taking part with my fun...
I'm looking at all the other pictures and there's no stick there, and given that this pile is snow is really quite big then it had to be put there on purpose! Has to be! I can hope! :)
